1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use yikang at https://yikang.me (the "Service"). The Service is operated by 段益康 ("we"), an individual / sole trader operating under the laws of China. Address: 北京市朝阳区酒仙桥街道 酒仙桥北路甲10号电子城IT产业园203号楼北门. Phone: 18811429539. yikang and Trail Globe are product names only.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy at https://yikang.me/privacy/. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Nothing here limits the consumer rights you have under the law where you live.
By purchasing the All Styles Pass, you confirm the same: you are at least 18 years old, and you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy at https://yikang.me/privacy/.
2. The Service
yikang shows your outdoor activities as routes on a 3D globe and lets you create route films. You can connect with Strava or import your own GPX, FIT or TCX files. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy (https://yikang.me/privacy/).
3. Strava
To connect Strava, you need a Strava account, and you must follow Strava's terms. yikang is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Strava, Inc. Strava and the Strava logo are trademarks of Strava, Inc. You can revoke our access at any time in your Strava settings.
4. Purchases & refunds
Classic is free for map exploration, posters and films. All other styles, including Storybook (cartoon), require a paid pass for map exploration and artwork downloads. Artwork previews are available before purchase. The All Styles Pass is a one-time lifetime unlock of every map style for $9.99 — pay once, unlock forever. It is a single digital purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Nothing is shipped. Pricing is listed at https://yikang.me/pricing/.
When you pay at checkout, you authorize 段益康 to charge your payment method once for the amount shown there. That authorization covers this purchase only. We do not keep your card on file, and the purchase does not renew automatically.
Card payments are processed by Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our site or our servers.
Email support@yikang.me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of this one-time digital purchase. Statutory rights still apply, including any cooling-off or withdrawal right the law gives you (for example in the EU or the UK). Nothing here removes a right that cannot legally be waived.
If you think a charge is wrong, email support@yikang.me before you start a chargeback or a dispute with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
5. Your content
Your activities and the films you create belong to you. We claim no ownership, and we only process your data to provide the Service. You're responsible for what you share. Routes can reveal places you visit, and the home privacy fade helps but isn't a guarantee, so review a film before you post it.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service. For example, don't try to access other people's data, overload or attack our servers, or use it to break the law or someone else's rights.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as Strava, and map and terrain tile providers. We're not responsible for their availability or content.
8. Earlier sign-ups
We no longer take sign-ups. If you signed up to our earlier waiting list, it doesn't commit you to anything, and you can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing support@yikang.me.
9. Provided "as is"
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. Maps, distances, elevations and statistics may be inaccurate, and the Service may change, have interruptions or be discontinued. Don't rely on it for navigation or safety.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (or $9.99 if you have not paid), to the extent the law allows. Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded by law.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, and we'll change the date above when we do. You can stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting Strava and deleting local data. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.
